Shipping Tracking / Tracking Number
If offered by the shipping service provider, you will receive the tracking number from us in the order confirmation email. It will be displayed as a link, and clicking on it will conveniently take you to the shipment tracking page.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
Germany Standard Shipping - Free of charge
Germany Express Shipping - €19.90*
Europe Standard Shipping - €10.90*
Shipping options not listed - Shipping costs upon request

Delivery Times
We process your order as quickly as possible, aiming to ship orders on the same day. Typically, orders are handed over to the shipping service provider no later than the next working day, but within a maximum of 5 working days.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes place within 2 - 3 working days (standard shipping) or the next working day (express shipping).
Express shipping: If your order is received by 2 pm (CEST), your package will be handed over to the shipping service provider on the same working day - otherwise, it will be handed over on the next working day.
Our packages are shipped from Germany, and our customer service is not available on German holidays and weekends. Therefore, goods are not shipped on holidays and weekends.

We ship with DHL, but shipping with another service provider can be arranged by contacting us before placing your order.
Packaging
We care about the environment!
We do not ship air! This means we choose suitable shipping boxes and avoid unnecessary padding and additional packaging as much as possible.
Especially sensitive products are additionally wrapped with sturdy cushioning film for protection.
Delivery Delays
Our shipping partners always strive to deliver shipments as quickly as possible. Please understand if there are occasional delivery delays, often due to weather or traffic conditions.
Delivery Deadlines
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 1 - 45 days, and for international deliveries within 3 - 45 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, from the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. The delivery time is determined in this case according to the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
