Placing an Order

Online on our Website / Shop

Ordering from nodedevices.de is easy!
You can do it anytime on our website.

All products can easily be found in our shop, and you can sort them using the categories.
Once you've chosen a suitable product, you can select the respective variant, such as product, size, color, etc.

Afterward, click on the "Add to Cart" button. A popup window will appear showing you the added product and the subtotal of your cart. You can also directly view your cart there.

In the header area at the top of the website, you can always see the number of products in the cart. Clicking on the cart will take you to the cart overview.

From the cart, you proceed to the checkout process by clicking on "Proceed to Checkout". The checkout process is divided into "Address Entry", "Shipping & Payment Method", "Order Overview".

By clicking on "Place Order", the order is submitted to us.

Available coupons can be redeemed during the checkout process in the order overview.

Upon receiving your order, our system immediately sends an automatic email with our confirmation of receipt of your order, which we then process as soon as possible.

By Email

You can trigger your order with us by email.

By Phone or Other Channels

You can trigger your order with us by email, phone, as well as through other contact channels offered by us, such as WhatsApp.

To do this, provide us with the item numbers and the quantity of the desired products.

We will transfer your order to our system as soon as possible, and you will receive an order confirmation thereafter.

We cannot guarantee that your message has reached us - If you have not received an order confirmation from us within 24 hours, please contact us.

Availability and Stock Levels

We always try to have as many products as possible in stock for you.  On our website, you can find information about the delivery time on the product page.

On the product page, you can also see the shipping status for each product. We distinguish delivery time information based on the following criteria: 

Immediately available: the product is available immediately or within a few days and will be shipped promptly. 

Item not available: the product is currently out of stock and unavailable. Here, we are forced to temporarily deactivate the "Add to Cart" button. For information on when the item will be available again, please contact us.

Our Payment Methods

Payment by Advance Payment
The payment amount is to be conveniently transferred to our account after placing the order. Please specify the offer or order number in the purpose of use. After receipt of payment, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. 

Paypal and Debit / Credit Card 
Pay easily and securely with your PayPal account.  

Comments / Notes on the Order

You can leave an order note or other remarks during the ordering process.
We will review this additional note and take it into account when processing your order.
